Functional Fitness uses the body as a unit to build strength, power, agility, flexibility and endurance.  If you are a healthy individual interested in losing weight or gaining muscle, or a weekend warrior wanting to take your performance to the next level, Functional Fitness group training is a fun way to accomplish goals.

Classes are taught by a certified physical education teacher with over 15 years of experience, who holds certifications in Crossfit, and High Intensity Training (HIT).

Our classes utilize a combination of pushing-pulling exercises, medicine balls, kettlebells, and bands in an interval trainng format, alternating high-intensity exercises with minimal rests.

New evidence suggests that a workout with steep peaks and valleys can dramatically improve cardiovascular fitness and raise the body's potential to burn fat.
